We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.
We ship orders within 48 hours after placing it. We try our best to get your order out on the same day if placed prior to 9 am IST (Monday through Friday). If an order is delayed due to some reason and not shipped by the end of the business week (Friday), it will be shipped the following Monday (or first business day).
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Shipping option has no guaranteed delivery times, but is generally 3-10 business days. There is a tracking number issued and the information is updated regularly. Please note... if the shipping address provided does not match the accepted address, your shipment may be subject to a $10 or more on a case to case basid as a address change fee from the shipper.
During promotional events, holiday seasons, and product releases the time it takes us to process and ship your order may increase by up to seven business days. During this time, we will do our best to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible.
In the event the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout does not in fact cover the charges for that method, we reserve the right to downgrade your shipping selection and refund any differences. We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
If you order an item that is handcrafted (Close Up Pads, Various Card Clips, Gimmicks, Customised requests, etc.) as well as other items, your order will ship in its entirety once your made to order items are available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please reply to your order email letting us know.
In the event your order has not shipped (for any reason including back ordered products), we reserve the right to refuse the request to combine any future orders with the past order that has not shipped.
If your parcel is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the parcel re-mailed.
If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address (incorrectly put into system by you during the order process), we are not responsible to replace those items without receiving the funds necessary to replace the products/shipping.
Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your orders to prevent from subsequent charges for returned or lost mail.

Guaranteed up until your package reaches customs, after that it is out of our hands and up to your government. All duties and taxes must be paid by you. Please note, if the shipping address provided does not match the UPS or any other shipping providers accepted address, your shipment may be subject to return for which you (the customer) needs to pay for the return shipping fee plus cost of reshipping the same back to you once we receive the package. Incase you want a change in address after the package is shipped. a $12 address change fee from UPS or any other shipper, wherever applicable will be required to be paid for the address change.
FLAT RATE $11.95 US SHIPPING
Guaranteed up until your package reaches customs, after that it is out of our hands and up to your government. All duties and taxes must be paid by you. This shiping method is almost 50% cheaper than the table rate shipping and would take somewhere between 3-6 weeks.
In the event your shipment is lost in transit, a replacement package will be mailed at a discounted rate of 50% of the cost plus shipping fees as applicable. Replacement packages will only be mailed one-time, to customers who have never had a lost package claim with Magic Encarta before. If you have had a lost package claim while shopping with Magic Encarta, we recommend that you have your subsequent orders shipped to a different address. We will only be responsible for one (1) replacement package during the lifespan on your Magic Encarta store account and in the event that your replacement is lost as well, Magic Encarta reserves the right to withhold any amount spent on your original order to covers the replacement/shipping costs.
In the event of your shipment being damaged, we would require you to take an unboxing video before opening the package in as is received condition for us to ensure that there is no foul play and so that we can clearly see if the goods are damaged or have been tampered or switched with an existing damaged item already in possession by certain notorius customers trying to scam us .Please note that we trust you with all our heart but at the end of the daym we also need safeguard ourselves and that is why we ask you for an unboxing video, purely from the perspective of safeguarding ourselves and our business just the way we would want to safeguard you and to help provide you the best of services. Please note that damages to shipments during transit in completely out of our hands and there is no way we can do anything about it, unless you ask for additional insurance which we can do for you at 10% of the entire order value. Please note that if the package had not been properly packed, which is why we ask our customers for an unboxing video to asses if the package was really not packaged well like it was supposed to be so we can help you reiumburse,replace,refund depending on the damage to the merchandise ordered. In the event where we decide to give you a refund for your order, it will be a fill and complete refund (no partial refunds) where the customer needs to ship back the entire order with shipping to be borne by the customer for returning it back to us, the contents should be shipped back as is without opening the contents of the package so they are in sellable condition. Only once the contents are received back and as per the terms and conditions defined will you be eligible for the refund.
