At Magic Encarta we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will go the extra mile to make that happen. If you would like to exchange all or part of your order*, we’ll be happy to replace the item(s) within 14 days of receiving shipment. You may return any unused tangible item in its original condition (DVDs and Playing Cards must still be in shrink-wrap) for a full store credit, less shipping and handling charges. All sales on Digital Media (streaming content, PDF’s, Downloads) are final and return policy is not applicable to them.
Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Support Center by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
*Items sold during sale or at discount are excluded from returns/exchanges.
To return, simply ship the package back to us with an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

*Only the products sold at Magic Encarta, returned within 14 days of shipment delivery(unopened) in re-sellable condition are eligible for a 100% refund (shipping costs not included). Please ensure DVDs are not used, and all original packaging is intact and damage free. Returned products that are not in perfect condition (I.E. have damaged case, torn packaging or any other flaws) will be charged a restocking fee, the amount will depend on the extent of damage or wear and tear.
All other products are NON refundable UNLESS approved by Magic Encarta and they are unopened, in original packaging and within 14 days. Remember, what we sell are secrets, however we gladly protect you 100% from product defect.
*Please note that Playing cards and items sold during sale or during promotions at discounted prices are 100% are non refundable, non returnable.
OTHER RULES OF RETURNS
Any packages that are refused or unclaimed in customs and are returned to our warehouse will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once authorization is issued from our customer service dept., the package needs to be returned along with the original packing slip provided to you.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Products must be returned to Magic Encarta within seven (7) days of delivery of the package to the customer.
The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund.
If you have received a product that is damaged immediately notify Magic Encarta within two (2) days of receipt and should be shipped back to our address mentioned within 7 days, else the same will not be considered for refund or exchange.
